Duties & Responsibilities
The Legal Administration Assistant is responsible for general administrative support to the Senior Legal Advisor.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 as well as relevant tertiary qualification(s).
Previous experience in similar legal role.
Proficient Computer Literacy, high tech environment, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
Own Transport and valid driving license.
Essential to maintain complete confidentiality discretion
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a professional and positive attitude.
Must be able to work independently and at a fast pace due to the nature of the business.
Demonstrate willingness to take initiative.
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily work load.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
High level of attention to detail.
