One of the largest financial services is seeking to appoint 10 Long Term retention consultants for their call center.
ITC and Criminal Clear
Experience in Long Term Insurance, Life and funeral Sub Cat 1.1
Minimum 1-2 years solid sales experience within the insurance industry
Duties and Responsibilities
Retaining products of the client across various campaigns.
Attendance of 93% daily, weekly and Monthly
Report daily of late comings or failure to report to work
Ensure that you achieve the targets set out to you based on the relevant campaign or workload you are completing.
Answer 95% of all calls in the inbound line
Adhere to all processes as per your training and coaching, as well as scripting, and Legislative
Ensure that compliance standards are met.
Follow up on all scheduled callbacks and action timeously and as per required standards.
Ensure that all workstation is always kept clear and tidy.
Adhere to all Quality Assurance Guidelines.
Ensure leads usage is of optimum standard to maximize the positive performance of the project.
Attend and contribute positively in the team morning meetings.
Identify and bring forward risks to business.
Ensure that your attendance and time keeping is of the required standard.
Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures including the code of conduct.
Perform ad-hoc functions from time to time as required by the client.
