Job Description:
My Client who specialises in Vehicle Tracking & Monitoring seeks a Customer Service Person with a maximum of 2 years to offer telephonic support to Clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Be the dedicated Customer support person
Support via telephone
Must have excellent telephonic skills with emphasis on listening to Clients
Have the “gift of the gab” but based on facts, not just say anything to the Client, explaining , channelling, delivering and solving issues
Desired Experience & Qualification
