Executive National Customer Relations Manager
One of the leaders in the clearing and forwarding industry is recruiting for National Customer Relationship Manager – Executive level. The successful candidate will have at least 8-10 years Management experience managing and driving national teams in their drive for customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
You will be responsible for ensuring all Targets and KPI’s are met, by teams and maintain and grow existing customer base via industry knowledge and strategic development aligned to the company policies and procedures
At least 8-10 years’ experience in Management of Customer Relationship teams on a national level, in the clearing and forwarding industry.
BCom Logistics or relevant BCOm degree.
Sound operational experience and knowledge is a must.
High level people management skills, and proven track record of motivating teams.
Basic knowledge of IR processes and procedures
Capital Management, risk financing and trade finance knowledge will be an additional benefit for this role.
Must express leadership qualities
Reasonable national travel will be required from the successful individual.
