My client is seeking a Branch Administrator to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.
Communication to Branches regarding stock levels and reserved stock
ETA’s on foreign stock coming in
Updating sales orders and updating due dates for stock coming in
Quotes, invoices and credits if necessary
Checking pricing and stock dispatched when it goes out to Branches
Sorting of stock / account Queries
Working with Imports Department regarding stock orders, pricing queries and quote requests.
Other reasonable request / requirements
Knowledge of Omni (our accounting package) - beneficial
Technical knowledge – need to know the stock items and how they compare to other similar products – we sell electrical / renewable / automation products – having technical knowledge on these kind of stock items would be a huge benefit.
