Basic HR and bookkeeping duties
General admin duties
Payment of salaries
Beyond attendance duties
Dealing with staff queries
Answering of office phone
Assistant to managers when required
Be able to pay attention to detail
Desired Experience & Qualification
Be fluent in Zulu and English
Be willing to relocate and have own vehicle
Minimum 3 years experience with quickbooks online
Pay point Master experience
Beyond attendance experience
Degree/diploma in HR an advantage
Must be able to work on their own.
Must know MS word, Excel and Outlook.
