My client, a trusted systems integrator in the ICT sector, seeks to employ a Sales Manager to manage/coordinate/direct and provide oversight to their sales force.
Duties & Responsibilities
Main job function
The successful candidate will be accountable for new business development and revenue from new/existing clients. The role incumbent is responsible to increase market share, guide and manage sales team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification
Should display proven experience in oversight, coordination, strategy division, and technical capabilities within the ICT sector
Must be target driven and ensure targets are achieved.
Sound track record of achievement of sales targets.
Sound Business Acumen.
Previous experience and proven knowledge of telecommunications and system integration industry.
Microsoft Office proficiency – advanced level.
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Fluent in English Language (Ability to speak, write and read).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility & adaptability.
Ability and willingness to travel.
At least 5 years management experience running a team in similar environment
