Our client, within the Call Centre industry, is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join their team.
Candidate needs to be FAIS & RE certified.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the financial targets and yield per agent is achieved.
Manage a team of Junior Managers and their respective telesales agents.
Oversee the Lead Generation and insurance campaigns but must be prepared to manage any campaign that the business requires.
Duties & Responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years campaign management experience within the financial services sector (insurance)
Campaign Management Experience gained must be within a sales outbound call center environment
Experience managing a team of sales team leaders is essential
Lead generation experience advantageous
Certifications in RE and/ FAIS essential
