Our client based in Ladysmith is urgently seeking an experienced Group Production Manager for their plant in Ladysmith.
Minimum 10 years experience is essential
Responsible for the company’s quest for further continuous improvement and world-class production. In essence will be responsible for SPQPC (Safety, Production, Quality, People & Costs) to meet the overall objectives and ensuring compliance to systems and procedures.
Listens to and understands different points of view before sharing his/her own, does not become defensive when conflicting opinions are expressed.
Builds harmonious working relationships with peers and subordinates, looks for ways to create better working relationships.
