This Professional Membership Body requires an experienced Compliance Secretary to that will be required to handle the dynamics of the company, maintain company records and update the records held. This position requires you to take control and implement legal policies where needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Organise the company’s board and governance meetings
Collate and distribute meeting packs
Arrange attendance, travel and accommodation for the meetings
Draft all minutes of the meetings
Manage the company’s records
Maintain company records and update the records held
Report to the chairman and often liaise with the board and committee members
Liaise with external regulators and advisers
Deal with general company secretary issues
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3 years working experience as Company Secretary.
