We are recruiting for an ICT Project Coordinator with 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma or higher qualification) and Certificate in Project Management, Office Management/ Administration
Duties & Responsibilities
Must have 3 - 6 years’ experience as an Administrator (general or project)
Experience in the supporting of managers, departments and committee(s)
Knowledge of industry standards and/or methodologies including PMBOK, Agile etc
Schedule and coordinate day-to-day planning and record decisions of implementation of function activities according to the planned deliverables for the year.
Monitor and update systems and processes in place for effective programme delivery
Create and update workflows
Monitor, track and review the implementation, issues, outputs, and performance against function activities and programme plans.
