Our client a large retail supermarket has a vacancy available for a REGIONAL BUTCHERY MANAGER in Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities
Look after the retail stores assigned to you in your area
Staff Management
Budgets
Weekly sales projections
Dealing with industrial issues within your areas
GP and Costs
Reports
Handling client complaints alongside the Butchery Managers
Ensure that your Butchery Managers adhere the laid down rules and condition of the day to day running of the butcheries
Desired Experience & Qualification
5 - 10years experience in a large retail company as Butchery Manager
Must have MATRIC
Must have a drivers licence
Additional butchery qualification is an added advantage
