The ideal candidate would need to be self managed and proactive enough to be able to work from home independently. The company will provide the necessary tools such as a laptop as well as leads that have already been generated by the business.
Non Negotiable Minimum Requirements:
Matric
ITC and Criminal Clear
FAIS, RE and CPD Hours (Fit and Proper Requirements)
Experience in Short Term Personal Lines as well as Funeral Cover
Minimum 3 years solid sales experience within the insurance industry
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling on provided leads
Conducting a needs analysis with the client
Selling insurance products such as home and car insurance as well as funeral cover
Closing deals
Meeting targets is essential
Working flexible hours from home
