Challenging opportunity for a Group Chief Executive Officer for a well known brand in the financial services call center and BPO industry. With over 27 years of success, they enjoy the status of market leaders in outsourced call centers in financial services industry. Prospective incumbent MUST have experience within the contact center and OR BPO industry within Financial Services ideally Insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chairman, the CEO with be responsible for the leadership and guidance of a solid executive team. The potential incumbent must have a strong entrepreneurial flair with ambition and energy to grow a BPO business (start up) within the existing well established brand. Capitalising on experience, drive and comprehensive industry knowledge, you will be instrumental in growing and nurturing a new division from the ground up while overseeing the well established core business.
You must at least 5 years experience in managing a business or a large division within a company ideally from mid-sized rather than large enterprise within the financial services call center and or BPO industry.
Only candidates with the relevant experience and industry knowledge ( contact center and BPO) will be considered
At least 3 years experience at Director level within a private company.
Solid track record in building high performance teams in the call center and BPO industry.
Solid experience within sales focused environments and the enablement and motivation of large sales teams with a proven track record of maximizing results and showing growth year on year
Experience in implementing modern technology
Must be highly numerate, analytical and commercially driven
proven track record of formulation and execution of business plans and strategy.
