Introduction
An exciting role exists with a dynamic retailer who specialises in Footwear and Accessories is looking for a reliable and passionate Store Manager - we have roles throughout Gauteng and will consider you for a store that is closer to your living location.
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience in:
Managing all aspects of a store, including opening and closing of store
Assisting customers, cashing up
Maximizing turnover, driving customer service & stock control
Leading & developing a team
Innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales
Maintaining health & safety practices
Assisting in events set up
Client recruitment and retention
Key Competence:
Inspirational leadership & passion with creative flair
Taking ownership
Building & maintaining relationships
Desired Experience & Qualification
Do you have:
Experience in Retail
2 - 3 years of management experience
Matric or Equivalent
Clear criminal record
R10-12K per month
