A Temporary Internal Audit Administrator opportunity has become available in Bedfordview for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Internal Audit operational plan and audit projects in line with approved Internal Audit Methodology and IIA Standards.
Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Internal Auditing
2 years Internal Audit experience
Minimum of 1-year SETA Discretionary Grants experience
Expert knowledge of the Skills Act and Regulations
National SCM Regulatory Framework.
Relevant Practice Notes.
Complete and sign Independence Certificate/Conflict of Interest, Notification and Audit Scope Letters
Complete System Process Flow/Business Process.
Complete Control Gap Analysis/Risk Assessment Matrix.
Complete Audit Programme.
Complete all Working Papers according to the approved Audit Programme.
Draft informal audit findings report for identified weaknesses.
Assists in preparation of informal audit findings and meetings with management.
Conduct audits in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing established by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Assists in drafting 1st draft Internal Audit Report.
Assists in drafting final Internal Audit Report.
Prepare Online Audit Evidence File.
Complete and issue Client Satisfaction Survey.
