Well established company based in Bryanston seeks DRIVEN/TARGET focused Sales Manager to join their team in January 2021

Duties & Responsibilities
Main job function

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients

Good understanding and implementation of Human Resources and Industrial relations processes and procedures

Sound knowledge of Dell, Microsoft, HP products etc

Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts

Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge

Establish and maintain relationship with key clients and potential key clients

Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services

Able to present information to various levels in the organisation

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications

Sales and Marketing Degree or related field



Experience/Criteria

At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales Supervisor or Sales manager role in the IT/ICT domain

Min 05 years’ experience in managing key strategic accounts

Management of people, specifically sales teams

Good understanding and implementation of Human Resources and Industrial relations processes and procedures

Must have proven sales track record

Must be computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office

Ability to travel

Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license

Must be customer focused

Must be able to develop and present sales plans and sound forecasts

Ability to work under pressure
