To ensure that all relevant information (production and financial) from suppliers and sites is obtained and inputted into the APDP SAP system accurately and timeously in order to uphold SX good standing with and compliance to ITAC regulations to maximise cash flow and to keep the business financially stable.
Responsible for the timeous issuing and capturing of SMD and C1 Certificates to reduce financial loss for the business by maximising local value add.
Liaison with clients, for documentation flow aligned to set ITAC regulations and guidelines for maximising cash flow in order to keep the business financially stable.
Enhance departmental and SX capability through reporting, improvements and feedback loops by escalating problems and providing improvement suggestions for future growth and sustainability.
Business flexed to achieve PBIT and working capital targets by maintaining or maximising process turnaround time.
Responsible for pricing adjustments and stock adjustments for all suppliers and all plants so as to ensure that stock is kept current.
Responsible for annual renewal of all SX courtesy car licenses, maintenance and repairs to ensure that SX complies with Road Traffic Act to ensure safety of employees while in use of vehicle.
Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
