Our client, based in Johannesburg has a vacancy for a self-motivated SYSPRO Support Consulant with the ability to multi-task high levels of commitment to ensure client success
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer queries.
Support clients either remotely or onsite as and when the need arises.
Assist with on-site implementation.
Work with customers to ensure business needs and requirements are properly identified, analyzed, and documented.
Develop proposed solutions that meet and exceed customer needs.
Assist with the generation and development of implementation plans with realistic timeframes.
Provide training for selected solutions to all levels of users.
Provide support in controlling project plans.
Communicate with all stakeholders informing them of possible changes that may be required.
Design and implement reporting and data extraction solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Learning Path 2018: Premium Support Consultant Manufacturing
Learning Path 2018: Premium Support Consultant Distribution
Tertiary Qualification in one of the following:
Computer Software/Computer Systems Engineering.
Computer Systems and Networks.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the IT Service industry with SYSPRO Support as the core responsibility.
Advanced understanding of ERP systems with emphasis on SYSPRO 7.1 and later
Package & Remuneration
Salary is market related
