Improve the development and performance of Sub distributors in area of responsibility
Staffs and directs a sales team and provides coaching towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth
Implements plans and strategies to expand the customer base
Implements annual sales plans by analyzing trends and results.
Develops the customer base and maintains the strong relationship both with the customers and suppliers.
Implements maximization of the sales and overall profitability through the satisfaction and retention of customers.
Perform sales activities for product promotion and market share increase.
Implements the products shelf positioning and constantly works on market shelf share increase.
Responsible to coordinate and allocates the limited resources for ensuring efficient and stable sales results.
Increases the efficiency and profitability of the sales team.
Implements cost control in line with agreed objectives and plan.
Create and maintain a highly motivated sales organization to drive growth of the sales and market share
Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
Must speak the local language/s of the area of operation .
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
