Responsibilities:
Managing Projects from end to end
Planning via a project Scope Document, the timelines, budgets, operational tasks,risks, deliveries, and prioritisation of project set up, role out and implementation.
Resource planning of the Project team and other parties and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide day-to-day customer liaison and be responsible for relationship management, project management and delivery Manage pipeline of multiple projects and work streams, ensuring teams are working to fully agreed resource allocation levels In conjunction with the associated senior staff.
Using Agile methodology, manage delivery of change management, and project management through the Agile scrum processes.
Collaborate with staff, managers, and stakeholders to consistently drive the project output and deliverables.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate critical risk threats to management in order to mitigate risk.
Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodology and practices.

Requirements:
Matric (Or equivalent)
AGILE or PMBOK certified.
Proven experience in project/task management
Qualification Certified Scrum Master (Agile or PMBOK)
Experience using Project management software.
Fluent in the use of Microsoft Visio.
Proven track record in planning and implementation of large, complex projects and multi-project skilled.
Strong experience in a fast passed environment.
