New Dark Kitchen / Take-Away in the Wynberg area has a Chef position available. Looking for individuals with 5+ years chef and kitchen management experience. Must be able to work alone and manage a small team of 3 or 4 cooks. Looking for someone creative that can create menus and execute recipes. Main focus will be food preparation, food quality control and general kitchen management. Will also be responsible for stock control and kitchen administration. Formal qualification preferred. 6 Day work week, Restaurant hours. Salary R 10000 - 15000 K nett Quote Reference RA64 when applying.
