Stable company situated in Witbank is looking for a Branch Administrator candidate. Suitable candidate must have stock control, administration and counter sales experience. Completed matric and computer literacy will secure
Duties & Responsibilities
Receiving and processing of store requisitions
Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventory is accurate
Weekly and monthly stock takes
Ensure all stock control procedures are in place
Investigate, resolve stock take variances timeously
Provide solutions to resolve and prevent future variances
Manage stock levels
Issue and receiving of all stock
Daily planning of stock issues
Investigate stock balance irregularities
Daily stock issue reconciliation
Sales of all parts related to company trailers and other parts
Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
Assisting customers with queries and complaints
Prepare quotations for current and prospective customers
