Own and maintain Supply Chain Performance Management system
Identify KPI’s and metrics of critical points of Supply chain process and cross-functional process performance and establish a metric monitoring process
Develop benchmarking capabilities and conduct internal process and external competitive benchmarking to conduct gap analysis and establish the need for change
Measure, interpret and translate supply chain process performance information and use information to determine cost saving opportunities
Build, direct, manage, and ensure implementation and effectiveness of company Brands Performance Management and Improvement System process that leads to a positive and measurable impact
Ensure categories needs are translated into the selected supply chain improvement opportunities and establish the need for change within the category and sub-function
Engage with the business to identify and implement improvement opportunities across the integrated supply chain, which includes procurement, planning, manufacturing and logistics, to improve efficiency and drive excellence
Develop continuous improvement project, change, communication and training plans, share knowledge and best practices and ensure utilization of standards across the integrated supply chain to drive a high performance culture
Assess connection to other initiatives to ensure alignment between initiatives
Capture lessons learned from improvement initiatives and ensure these are communicated and reused
Interact with senior category and functional stakeholders to deploy and execute Value Added Solutions
Establish a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring reporting system and regularly report on status of efforts
