Head of Life Products - African Markets
Work with the Head of Life (Rest of Africa) in developing the Rest of Africa growth strategy.
Develop the Rest of Africa life product strategy.
Life product development, product enhancement and product management across all Rest of Africa countries.
Governance of all life product development, enhancement and management.
Being the “design authority” (in conjunction with the value chain partners - Service, IT, Customer, Digital, Distribution and Marketing) of the end to end life product solution.
Work with all stakeholders to determine the country-by-country life product roll-out plan.
Assist countries develop the business case for the identified solutions.
Clarify business requirements and drilling into architecture of products and design with development teams.
Assist countries in design and development of loyalty schemes.
Continually review, identify and promote best practices and opportunities for improvement to the processes and organisation based on observation and lessons learned.
Own multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Manage and lead life product resources supporting Rest of Africa, across geographies.
Operate in a multi-located team environment and development of a community of life product resources, across geographies.
Develop skills and competencies of life product resources.
Work with centres of excellence in Customer Solutions in terms of support to Rest of Africa and development of skills and competencies.
