My client, a freight forwarding and clearing company based in Somerset West is seeking to employ a Commercial Operations Manager with min 10+ years experience in a management role within the freight forwarding or supply chain industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have the following:

Ability to spot and seize opportunities.
Responsible for the overall management function of the company.
Development and implementation of strategies: Short-term as well as long-term goals.
Achieve profit targets as defined in Company strategy.
Management of working capital (cash flow) in collaboration with the Financial Manager.
Business administration: drive to improve efficiency in collaboration relevant managers.
Personnel Management: Company structure, provision and development of staff in collaboration with Human Resources division.
At least fifteen years of experience in a senior management role where performance has been measured at the achieving a fixed profit target.
