R - Market Related - P/M (Per Month)
We are looking for a candidate to in taking responsibility for the smooth running of our dynamic call center where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive Incoming emails from external customer base and internal emails.
Capturing of orders and quotations submitted by the customer by email.
Follow ups of quotations and outstanding orders.
Costings on special items.
Documentation and Management ISO related matters.
Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers. For example, warranties of products and or terms of sale, suggest solutions when a product malfunctions, product related issues and services offered.
Assist customers with any issues experienced with website, deliveries and or product issues and escalate any issues to management appropriately.
Dealing effectively with inter departmental queries.
Loading of New customers and updating current details on an existing data base.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric Certificate – accounting or mathematics is a must
Min of 2 years working experience in administrator role and or Internal sales environment
Knowledge in office, word and excel
