Technical Support Manager
A leading Telecoms company, based in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced hands-on Call Centre Support manager to manage the Technical Call Centre and to manage exceptional standards of quality and customer service for customers
Education & Qualification:
Good technical ability
Experienced Managing technical support call centre agents
Minimum (5) Years relevant experience in managing a technical call centre
Experienced working in pressurised environment
Strong Fibre knowledge
Expert experience with GPON technology – not negotiable
Experience with High level escalations
