a Mining Company is looking for a suitable candidate with a Degree in Human Resources Management with experience in a HR Generalist role to employ in the position of Superintendent Leadership Development.
The suitable person will have knowledge of the importance of Talent Management in the development of organisational capacity building, will have HR expereince in the full employee life cycle etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with external providers on the content of leadership development programmes
Determine needs for the design of new programs or the customisation and tailoring of generic Leadership Development Programmes
Manage the development and co-design of new Leadership Development programmes
Review current Leadership Development programmes and make design improvement recommendations
Ensure that HRD programmes are marketed to relevant stakeholders
Establish partnerships with learning institutions to develop and deliver best in class and tailored learning programmes
Source, negotiate with and contract service providers
Oversee the delivery of Leadership Development programmes as per SLA's
Evaluate education, training and development providers, services and programmes for organisational use and evaluate training proposals
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in Human Resources Management
6-8 Years experience in a HR Generalist role
Have thorough knowledge of the importance of Talent Management in the development of organisational capacity building and the linking with Human Capital Development Programmes
Have in depth HR experience in the full employee life cycle
Have planning, organising, and leadership capability
