You will be responsible for building an Email Marketing Strategy that focuses on meeting and exceeding targets, analyzing and reporting on Email performance and managing a team that helps to execute on the Email Strategy.

Email KPIs and Targets
Reporting & Monitoring - responsible for reporting on performance of email types and will need to actively deep-dive performance problems. This includes analyzing the subscriber database, researching best practice, recommending, and implementing solutions, and ultimately monitoring problems to correction.
Manage and grow the in-house Email Marketing team.
Partner with stakeholders across the business including Brand, Advertising and Merchant teams to support business priorities and achieve KPI targets.
Email Send Schedule - In collaboration with the broader Marketing and Retail teams, you will be responsible for designing the weekly email send schedule to meet the required targets and Retail priorities.
Email Campaigns - You will be responsible for conceptualising, briefing, and executing commercial Email and CRM campaigns.
Audience Segmentation & Database Management - You will be responsible for selecting and segmenting Email audiences to achieve optimal campaign results
A minimum of 3-5 years working in Email Marketing and/or related Digital Marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing or related field
Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to inform marketing decisions
A strong working knowledge of Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
SQL Skills (advantageous)
Experience with managing a team
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Experience managing a team
Tech savvy with a deep understanding of sophisticated CRM Tools and marketing automation software (like Salesforce and Braze)
Experience using Litmus or similar email rendering tools is advantageous
Experience using Return Path or similar deliverability tools is advantageous
A grounding in Marketing and Communication principles
Confident presentation skills with extensive experience presenting to Senior Management and Executives.
