Industrial machine company has a vacancy for a Technical Administrator at their branch in Meadowvale

Duties & Responsibilities




MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

Handling telephone calls (busy phone)
Assisting with customer queries
Ordering stock
Receiving stock
Dispatching stock
Allocation of stock to customers
Invoicing
Preparing quotations and job cards
Preparing of Purchase orders
Syspro knowledge is an advantage.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must understand Afrikaans


Suitable candidate must be strong in Administration and have the ability to work independent.
