Duties & Responsibilities
Supporting Senior Management by managing the office
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, and filing
Maintaining diaries
Organising meetings
Arranging appointments
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Travel Management
Consolidation of Sales and Aftersales monthly reports from General Managers
Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
Ad-hoc marketing and human capital related duties
Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
Effective self-management and performance ownership
Adherence to any reasonable instruction
Desired Experience & Qualification
Certificate or diploma in Office management or Secretarial duties. N.Dip
Min of 5 to 7 years experience in an administrative function
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible, adaptable and prioritisation skills
Project co-ordination experience
Ability to operate at all levels of management, staff and outside customers as well as suppliers
Professional and organising ability
Attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation
Strong verbal and Writing Skills
Attentive, discrete and maintains confidentiality
Intermediate Computer Literacy (Word, Excel and Power Point
