Job Description:
An opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor with a background working with gas products to join a reputable company based in Blackheath. The main focus will be to to assist with the setting up of a gas store from scratch.
Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service skills.
An extrovert who enjoys working with the public.
Efficient in math and/or accounting.
Merchandising and displaying products to help boost sales
Basic Computer Skills.
Working knowledge of an Accounting system.
Duties:
On a daily basis, the manager of a gas shop greets customers, orders stock and interacts with vendors delivering goods
Appointing and training new employees, supervising daily activities and handling disputes
Daily, weekly and monthly Sales Reports
Implement loss prevention
Determine how much stock to order based on previous sales
Controlling expenses and avoiding waste
Daily administrative duties (Credit Notes, Purchase Orders, Cash Receipts, Cash-ups, Stock Control)
