Job Description:
A Senior IT Technician with a min of 7 years experience required for a large company within the Automotive Industry. Candidates must have extensive networking exp.
Duties & Responsibilities
Local and remote support
Onboarding and offboarding new users and leavers
Support and configuration of cloud services - Microsoft Office 365
Installation, configuration and maintenance of system hardware and external and internal software and applications
Daily IT support, desktop/laptop and server support
Support MAC OS, Linux, Windows
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Co-ordinating the IT Helpdesk ticketing queue and provide updates and solutions
Ensure meeting rooms are IT ready and chrome boxes and cables are functional
Assist in liaising with vendors
General IT Administration and asset management
Assisting ICT Manager with new Projects
Desired Experience & Qualification
MCSE qualifications or equivalent
Working with Senior Management
Min 7 years Experience in networking and sever management at mid-level role
Knowledge of servers, switches, VPN, firewalls, Ethernet, wireless networks, CCTV, Biometrics, and Printers
