The company is a growing customer strategy, data, analytics and research business. We are recruiting a campaign manager / analyst to join our team, helping our clients to create value by using data properly. We are looking for a curious and technically minded marketing candidate who has at least 4 years experience advising clients on personalization and targeted marketing campaigns.
The candidate will join one of our project teams supporting a large national client on its loyalty programme. The work will require strong project management, numeracy and marketing skills and will be responsible for managing customer campaigns and the delivery of millions of targeted offers monthly, though our internally developed mobile app personalization engine.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead existing customer and campaign management workstream within a broader project for a large national financial services provider
Engaging with client senior management, understanding their needs, recommending and executing campaign marketing led solutions
Lead the operational delivery of an internally developed real-time mobile personalization and campaigning solution
Liaise with internal product development teams to manage maintenance and enhancements of internal products used to service clients
Lead a small team of analysts, reporting to project lead
Responsible for full cycle campaign management (design, leads generation, offer pool development, reporting)
Providing direction and peer review to the analytics team on campaign and customer analytics (including targeting, measurement, and data-driven insights)
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Science or related field (preferred)
5+ year experience in campaign management and marketing - managing and executing targeted marketing campaigns
Experience in SQL and data analytics, with a strong analysis and numeracy skills
Experience in understanding and solving business problems using data analytics. High-level understanding of statistical concepts (including propensity modelling and segmentation) will be beneficial
Experience performing primary research and use of surveying tools
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, experience in PowerBI is beneficial
Experience managing a small team and working within a large project context
Very strong interpersonal and project management skills
Experience liaising directly with clients and providing strategic and tactical customer engagement recommendations
Highly curious with a strong desire and proven track record of professional development
