We are looking for a vibey, energetic Office Administrator to join a dynamic team in Durban.
Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Recruitment duties such as creating of job specs, screening of candidates, arranging of interviews and communicating with Recruitment agents.
Induction of new staff members.
Management of Occupational Health Certificates.
Staff uniforms management.
Training and Development.
Organising team building.
Maintaining the company's Social Media presence.
Increasing the company's social footprint.
Performing PA duties to the Director.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Ideal candidate should have:
At least two years' experience in a similar role
A tertiary qualification in this field would be advantageous
Package & Remuneration
Salary package is negotiable for the right candidate.
