Group Manager Corporate Communication
Provides specialist support to the Group CEO and Group EXCO in all internal and external communication matters pertaining to the Group. Support deployment of Group communication strategy as defined by the Group Marketing Committee in close collaboration with the Divisional stakeholders. On a practical level, engage and influence key stakeholders through relevant communication channels on company
Relevant degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations etc.
At least 8-10 years’ relevant and specialist experience in corporate communications, employee communications, business communications, public relations or a related field. International experience in globally operating companies on corporate level will be desirable
Proven experience in successfully navigating corporate, investor and executive level communications
Advanced business-writing skills with specific reference to the ability to generate and govern appropriate content for the annual report in compliance with relevant regulations and governance principles is essential
Experience in managing programs and deliverables in an exciting and fast paced environment, utilising a variety of online/offline channels
Solid understanding of global business communications and cultures and the ability to deliver the corporate messages through impactful copywriting and –editing skills in various contexts
Solid understanding of the healthcare industry and previous experience interacting with institutional investors and analysts will be desirable
Proven project management skills
Understanding of the shifting communications landscape including trends, tools, communication channels, and influencers.
Thorough understanding of digital media, including web and search engines as well as familiarity with using major social media platforms for measurable business outcomes will be desirable
The ability to display a high level of professional integrity and resilience
Displays a team approach through collaboration, supported by a focus on mutual trust and respect
The ability to persuade, convince and influence stakeholders as well as building and maintaining productive working relationships
Proven record of being a self-starter with initiative and ability to execute
Availability for occasional travelling
