Role Profile – Senior Creative Marketing Manager
The Creative Marketing Manager will provide the creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new and innovative projects. Responsible for devising the concepts and strategies of all projects while monitoring its progress. Implement the creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plans targeting our audience.
The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects visually and to meet the company’s strategy expectations while driving sustainable growth.
Strategize various creative projects.
Collaborate with executives.
Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc.
Write and design unique and well-crafted media that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.
Train and guide direct reports into accomplished professionals.
Oversee the nature and tone of content, and adherence to branding, across the organisation’s digital channels, in consultation with the team.
BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field, MSc/MA will be considered an asset
Experience in promoting an organisation through effective media relations, including pro-active campaigns and reactive reputation management.
Demonstrable experience in planning and executing targeted marketing and advertising campaigns across a range of both traditional and digital platforms.
Demonstrable ability to monitor and assess marketing and media strategy and activities.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, design tools, and database systems.
People management and ability to deliver operational requirements of a given function.
Experience in budget management and cost control, including an understanding of financial terminology.
