An excellent opportunity for a Key Accounts Manager to join a well-established Telecommunications Company based in Somerset West.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
Reside in the Helderberg area
Ability to acquire new client base
Ability to up-sell and cross–sell
Strong focus on acquisitions
Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base
Maintain and grow existing client base
Conduct customer account analysis
Maintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis
Qualifications
Matric
Proficient in MS Office
Clear ITC and No Criminal Record
Degree / Diploma in Sales / Marketing preferred
Experience:
4 years’ experience in sales, key account management
3-5 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry
1-2 years’ experience as a Business to Business sales executive/account manager or similar position
1-2 years’ experience as a Business hunter
Must be able to chase new leads and sales

Sales
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Client and Services Knowledge
Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
