Description
An Insurance Leader based in Sandton urgently seeks to appoint a highly skilled Telesales Executive to lead their sales division. The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional strategy as well as leaderships skills whilst being able to engage at an executive level with the MD, Board of Directors and Finance.
10 Years experience within a call centre environment
Having the ability to lead teams on Manager / Senior Manager Level
The ideal candidate should already be in a Senior Manager position operating at an Executive Level
Insurance experience is essential
Qualifications:
RE 5
RE 1 (KI)
FAIS Accredited
Degree (Advantage)
