Duties & Responsibilities
Processing of invoices on Pastel.
Managing queries relating to stock, Sales and deliveries.
Deal with client queries.
Compiling sales reports for Head Office.
Answering of switchboard and distribution of calls.
Screening of management calls.
Welcoming of customers.
Manage boardroom for meetings and beverages.
Distribution of emails.
Daily filing, petty cash
Updating of licenses.
Archiving of annual invoicing.
General administration duties.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Well spoken, well groomed.
Relevant reception experience (2 years)
Knowledge of Pastel will be an advantage.
Computer literate with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Package & Remuneration
R10 000 – R12 500 negotiable on experience and qualifications.
