Sales Manager
Description
Reputable leader in Life Insurance urgently seeks to employ a highly skilled and performance driven Sales Manager.
The suitable candidate would need to come with extensive outbound sales experience at management level. Being able to drive performance as well as manage non-performance is critical. The Sales Manager would need to have experience in managing not only Outbound Sales Consultants but also Supervisors / Team Leaders who will in turn each manage a team of 20 to 25 consultants each.
Minimum Experience / Criteria:
5-7 yrs Outbound Call Center experience
Must currently be a Manager leading a team of minimum 4 Supervisors who in turn must be managing Outbound Sales Consultants
Has a strong understanding of daily tasks of a call centre, i.e. call evaluations, driving targets, building morale, performance management
Matric
FAIS and RE is essential
KI will be an advantage
