Job Description:
Utilise your IT Desktop Support skills at this JSE listed group.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties:
Attend to all desktop and notebook related faults logged.
Attend to all printer faults logged.
Pro-active support of all assets (printers, desktops, notebooks and telephones) to ensure optimal availability.
Asset management (printers, desktops, notebooks and telephones).
Assistance to IT Operations Manager, Domain Administrator, Mail Administrator, Network Engineer and Back-up Administrator when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
Installing and configuring Windows Client 7
Configuring and administering Windows 7
Planning and managing Windows 7 Desktop Deployments and environments
Installing & configuration of MS office products including e-mail
Installing ERP GUI software
Working knowledge of MS-Office Products
MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) –or studying towards, with completion of Exam 70-680(configuring Windows 7) a pre-requisite.
Grade 12
Code 08
2 or more years in a Windows 7 and HP environment
Package & Remuneration
R250 000 CTC pr annum neg on exp and qualifications
