Purpose of the Function:
To grow the company's digital presence and stimulate meaningful engagement towards the objectives of the business.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Administration of Facebook and other Digital Platforms
Promotional Campaign Coordination
Execution of Digital Campaigns
Reporting
Roles Specification
Administration of Facebook and Digital Platforms
Ensure Branded Platforms reflect correct and current information.
Optimise the functionality of all Digital Platforms keeping up to date with developments.
Create and administrate future social media platforms.
Oversee all customer engagements are appropriately and efficiently responded to.
Promotional Campaign Coordination
Project manage the delivery of omnichannel campaigns, in collaboration with the Product Coordinator & the Graphics Leader, ensuring on time delivery of the marketing plan.
Write appropriate creative copy wherever needed for campaigns.
Execution of Digital Campaigns
Collaborate with the creative studio to produce effective marketing material.
Deploy and manage content strategies through all active digital Brand channels, attending to unique efficiencies, features and opportunities for each channel.
Reporting on Digital Marketing
Create key metrics in Excel and produce insightful PowerPoint reports on successes and learnings for all digital marketing.
Profile
Qualifications and experience:
Matric
Degree: Marketing / Media / Communications
Five years' relevant work experience
Microsoft Office
Skills and attributes required:
Expert in "Kasi" culture and associated vernacular
Highly energetic professional who brings initiative
Respectful team player with 'can do' attitude
Strong planning and organisational skills
Creative writing in English, isiZulu or isiXhosa
Facebook expert
Drivers licence and willing to travel
