Senior Manager: IT Service Management
My client is a leader within the ICT space and is looking to appoint a Senior Manager: IT Service Management (Contract) to join their team.
Relevant Degree (NQF level 7) / Diploma (NQF level 6)
Postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) / Senior Management programme will be an advantage
ITIL v3 (or higher) on Management level will be an advantage
5 Years relevant operational and management experience in business and IT Service Management and at least 3 years’ managerial experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
High level of Computer literacy
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Formal management development certificate from tertiary institution
Good knowledge of Telco Business structures, policies & processes.
Responsible for IT Service Level Management, Service Continuity Management, and Service Operation.
Responsible for the management of the availability and stability of the company business critical applications through leading and facilitating cross functional IT development, operational and support teams. This includes the management of application development, application performance level management, systems integration and automation.
