Duties & Responsibilities
Education
Qualified Fitter and Turner
Min N6 Mechanical Engineering
Experience
5 years Supervisory experience within a plant maintenance environment
Preventative maintenance planning
Continues improvements
Reduce breakdowns
Manage the maintenance team as well as lead and motivate in order to improve production output
budget control
buying of material
Ensure that all KPI's for the department is met and action is taken if not.
Profile
Attention to detail
Pro-active
Excellent leadership ability and experience working with Artisan teams
Excellent understanding of maintenance
Valid SA drivers license
Valid SA ID
Currently, live in Cape Town
