The Business Administrator works with the Executive Director (ED), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Business Development Manager and the management team to attract new donors, maintain relationships with existing donors, continuously improve processes, systems and practices to optimize efficiencies within and outside the business development department.
The role will include administrative and support related tasks and requires a mature, self-autonomous individual who is resourceful, a good problem solver, detail focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification
A degree in business management, public finance, accounting or developmental studies
Advanced competency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Dealing with donors and regulatory bodies;
Communicating at all levels, both internally and externally, with an excellent command of both spoken and written English;
Demonstrated adaptability to work within a diverse operation, with ability to prioritise responsibilities and processes;
Using MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
Track record of achieving objectives, especially when subject to time / cost constraints; and
Grant management and project management.
Package & Remuneration
R300 000.00 per annum to R400 000.00 per annum depending on experience.
