Description
Well established outsourced / BPO specialising within the financial services sector urgently seeks to employ 10 skilled Customer Services Consultants with the anticipated start date being early February.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with an international client base
Handling debt collection responsibilities
Working towards internal KPA's
Conducting outbound calls
Negotiating payments
Dealing with customers in a professional manner
Working Night Shifts - Shift Times: 23h30-08h30 and/or 00h30-09h30 and/or 02h00-11h00 and/or 01h00-10h00 and/or 00h00-09h00 and/or 03h00-13h00 (Sunday-Thursday)
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
1 to 3 years solid call centre experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
International contact centre exposure essential
Debt Collection experience an advantage
Excellent Communication Skills
