Job Description:
Position for a Senior Creditors Clerk based in Durban. Must have worked in a manufacturing environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Matric
Tertiary Qualification in Accounting and Admin
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
5 years similar experience
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Take full ownership of both local and foreign creditors.
Preparing monthly ledger reconciliations to supplier statements.
Process supplier invoices and manage the payment cycle per supplier according to agreed term.
Manage the GR-IR account for monthly accrual processing and aging of outstanding invoices.
MINIMUM CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
Computer literacy (SAP) and Microsoft Office
A Team Player with good communication, attention to details & meets deadlines.
Analytical & Proficient with excel and the use of formulas
