A well-established Digital Advertising Agency is looking for a Digital Administrator / Community Manager for their Durban operation.
To effectively and efficiently manage all digital client accounts within the portfolio.
To ensure that all client work is processed and delivered to the highest possible standards.
To ensure that departmental team requests, enquiries etc are responded to timeously.
To identify and recommend the best possible solutions in terms of implementation/end product.
To provide the departmental team with all the support necessary to assist him in meeting the digital department objectives.
Ensure that you successfully implement client digital strategies and understand the client's businesses enough to guide them with any and all digital advertising initiatives.
To ensure that client status reports are kept up to date at all times, and that the account manager is kept appraised of the status of all work.
To take initiative wherever possible in terms of the development of alternative solutions, proactive opportunities which will deliver improved results for the agency and client etc.
To deliver, maintain and exceed client service expectations in terms of the way in which enquiries are dealt with and the time frames in which they are responded to.
To take full responsibility for each and every project and its final format.
To ensure that the end result reflects the client's brief and our best interpretation of that brief, as well as our best calibre of work.
Where possible, ensure that our efforts are measurable and develop tools to measure the impact our efforts have on our client’s businesses and present those measures to the clients.
The development of digital reports.
Ensure that all the relevant internal output departments are briefed accurately and that material (costs and artwork) is submitted back within required timeframes to ensure timeous delivery to client.
Digital Specific Functions
Development of proposals with assistance from the AE.
Project management relating specifically to design, development and content population for websites.
Completing or coordinating web updates and changes (in person if minor or through preferred suppliers).
Effective management of site content and SEO performance tools i.e. meta tags, page descriptors, SEO rich text/copy solutions etc.
Management of supplier relationships, including sourcing quotes, briefing and management,
Social media platform updates and the development of as well as implementation of online strategies and post plans.
Management of social pages in terms of content and engagement (includes responses to posts, and messages to the pages, updating of information).
Monitoring of the social page’s performance and ensuring that consistent growth is being achieved.
The implementation of post and content plans which cross the digital and physical divides (spill over into physical customer space) and achieve objectives defined for each client/brand.
Draft, set up and distribute marketing newsletter to databases.
Database management on behalf of clients.
Complete management and implementation of digital advertising budgets.
To ensure that client briefs are developed, made up and processed and that the necessary artwork is completed within stipulated time frames.
To ensure that all cost estimate request forms, order number request forms and invoice request forms are submitted timeously and that the necessary documents/information is returned within required time frames.
Ensuring the suppliers deliver timeously and the checking of supplier work/services to ensure that they conform to best possible standards.
